About This Opportunity
A professional development initiative that equips educators with the skills, platform, and support to identify, develop, and share their ideas through TED-style talks, starting with a virtual Idea Workshop.
Educator Talks is a professional development initiative that equips educators with the skills, platform and support to identify, develop and share their best ideas with each other and the world. The journey begins with a virtual, interactive Idea Workshop—a one-hour session led by TED-Ed’s Founder and Executive Director. Participants gain access to TED’s Official Public Speaking Course, a global community of practice, and opportunities to speak at TEDx events. The program is designed for all educators, including teachers, administrators, and youth-serving organization employees, to strengthen communication and public speaking skills.
